This programme is designed to support and encourage young women to build the future of science and technology, offering them an unrivalled development opportunity with a FARFETCH expert. The Plug-In Mentoring for Young Women is a global mentorship programme targeted at young women finishing high school or attending university and looking to pursue a career in STEM fields.
What's in it for you
A 9-month mentorship programme where inspiring female Farfetchers will provide guidance and support in planning your professional goals through regular meetings and other development opportunities.
FARFETCH mentors will support you by sharing their personal experiences and introducing you to a global organisation that is revolutionising an entire industry.
Please note that the Plug-in Mentoring for Young Women is not an internship but a mentorship programme flexible to accommodate your academic and personal needs, with meetings being mostly virtual on a roughly monthly basis.
We are looking for
Individuals who self-identify as women
Students who are finishing high school or currently enrolled in a University degree
Looking to pursue a career in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or a closely related technical field
People who thrive when working with others, who actively seek ways to maximize their own potential and who enjoy problem-solving and creative thinking
Fluent English speakers
