Browns Brook Street
Spanning across four floors of fashion, fine jewellery and culture, our new flagship is an intuitive environment that blends exceptional service with technology to create a seamless and connected customer journey. Housed within a Grade II listed building, which has been thoughtfully restored and reimagined by Dimorestudio, Browns Brook Street is the place for our customers to discover, seek enjoyment, dine, dream and play; and our in-store team is there to guide them every step of the way.
As the old adage goes, not all who wander are lost. Our unique roaming retail concept gives us the freedom to transport the Browns experience from its London home to a dynamic location, where we can become better acquainted with our community around the globe. For our Nomad debut, we journeyed to LA in 2018, setting up a space in Sunset Boulevard complete with our coveted designer edit, meditation booth and live music. 2019 saw us transform a disused supermarket in Berlin’s Mitte district into an unique immersive space, inviting our community to experience three days of events and experiences that encapsulated the creative spirit of the German capital through the unique Browns lens.
Browns launched its online destination in 2007, bringing our exceptional shopping experience and curated designer edit to everyone across the world via brownsfashion.com. From our E-commerce and UX teams, to Web Ops and our Warehouse - and not forgetting the Buyers and Merchandisers who manage all the stock on the website - it truly is a collaborative effort and there are many opportunities to be a part of our online journey.
