Mentoring for Girls 2022
We're reinforcing our commitment to nurturing future talent and our positively inclusive culture by launching the 3rd edition of the Plug-In Mentoring for Girls scheme. This programme is designed to support and encourage young women to build the future of science and technology, offering an unrivalled development opportunity with a FARFETCH expert.
This year, we are widening the scope of our mentoring programme to not only young women who are finishing high school and looking to pursue a university degree in STEM fields but also to those who are currently at university in these areas.
What does the programme involve?
A one-year mentorship programme where inspiring female Farfetchers will provide guidance and support in planning your professional goals through regular meetings.
FARFETCH mentors will support you by sharing their personal experiences and introducing you to a global organisation that is revolutionising an entire industry.
We are looking for
Individuals who self-identify as women
Students who are finishing secondary education or currently enrolled in a University degree
Looking to pursue a career in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or a closely related technical field
People who thrive when working with others, who actively seek ways to maximize their own potential and enjoy problem-solving and creative thinking
Fluent English speakers
How to apply?
Candidates should submit their applications through Lever, in the dedicated job posting. They will then receive an email asking to complete a self-recorded video interview on myInterview.
Our team will review the applications and select the candidates for the programme, based on their CV/Cover Letter, eligibility criteria and video interview.
